The UK Korean Friendship Association  held pickets of the US embassy and
south Korean puppet Embassy on Monday 15th.
The picket of the south Korean puppet embassy started at 2pm.It was led by
comrade Kevin Cain UK KFA organisation secretary.I arrived myself later
due to work.General secretary of the New Communist Party Mr Andy Brooks
also attended it along with other comrade from the New Communist.The DPRK
national flag was raised.Music of the DPRK such as the "Song of General
Kim Il Sung","No Motherland Without You" and DPRK national
anthem.Statements were read out and speeches were made denoucing the south
Korean puppets for their war moves and dependence on the US.Picketers
chanted "US out of Korea" ,"Korea Is One" and anti puppet slogans such as
"Dissolve the NIS" and "Dissolve the Unification Ministry".Also shouted were "Long
Live the DPRK " ,"Long Live Kim Jong Il" and "Victory to the KPA".
                     Staff of the south Korean puppet embassy came out and
took photographs of the picket.We were invited to
send 1 representative into the embassy.However we
declined this as we thought it was not right to send
just 1 person and also because KFA believes south
Korea to be a puppet regime with no legitmacy.Picket
concluded at 3.30.

We started the picket of the US Embassy at 4-30pm.We had DPRK flags and
the KFA banner plus placards with slogans "US out of Korea","No to UNSC Sanctions"
and "Korea is one".
Some problems were encountered as the Americans ordered the police to tell
us not to hoist the DPRK flag in front of the US embassy and even that we should not
put banners or flags on the hedges of Grosvenor Square as "they are the property of
the US embassy".
The police also insisted in making us move to the side of the US
Embassy,again on the orders of the Yanks.
Dermot Hudson made a speech starting the picket,he denounced the US for
staging the aggressive "Foal Eagle " and "Key Resolve" exercises involving 18,000
troops.He explained that these are a rehearsal to invade the DPRK and stifle its
system.Kevin Cain read out statements of the KPA Supreme Command and also material from
the AINDF and KCNA as well the International Action Committee.Speakers
stressed the need to defend the socialist system of the DPRK from the encroachment of US
imperialism.
                     DPRK music was played.
                       Demonstrators chanted "US out of Korea"  and "Korea
Is One" as well "Victory to the DPRK"
             Dermot Hudson made a concluding speech saying that the DPRK
is here to stay whether the Americans like it or not and the
DPRK will be victorious.He finished his speech by saying
"Long Live the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea,long live
the Juche Idea".
             A number of KFA members turned up for the picke








Key Resolve and Foal Eagle Flayed in Britain

Members
of the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association
headquartered in Spain, JISGE (Juche Idea Study Group of England) and
For Bolshevism-AUCPB (All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks) staged a
demonstration in front of the embassies of the United States and south
Korea in London on March 15 in protest against the Key Resolve and Foal
Eagle joint military exercises kicked off by the U.S. imperialists and
south Korean warmongers. The demonstrators bitterly condemned the U.S. imperialists and the Lee Myung Bak group for staging the said
saber rattling, rendering the situation on the Korean Peninsula
extremely tense, flying flags of the DPRK and shouting slogans "Long
live the DPRK!" and "Korea is one!"
They declared that the south Korean "government" is a pro-U.S. puppet regime of an unpopular group of fascists from A to Z.
They
held that the socialist system in the DPRK is a socialist one under
which the people have become masters of everything and everything in
the society serves the people.

Le vaste esercitazioni militari congiunte che si svolgono in questi giorni sono un nuovo schiaffo al cammino di distensione e pace nella Penisola di Koryo, tanto più grave poiché dall’inizio dell’anno le autorità della R.P.D.C. hanno varie volte teso la mano sia alla Corea del Sud, sia agli Stati Uniti, per una soluzione pacifica delle ostilità e per procedere alla denuclearizzazione della penisola.

La volontà provocatoria e arrogante delle esercitazioni dimostra la sostanziale continuità tra la politica estera di Bush e quella di Obama. Clinton inviò la Albright a Pyongyang, il Presidente sudcoreano visitò la capitale della R.P.D.C., la situazione della Penisola di Koryo sembrava avviata verso una pacificazione e, addirittura, una riunificazione nazionale su base confederale. Bush interruppe il processo inserendo la Corea socialista nell’asse dei “paesi del male” e da allora la R.P.D.C. è nuovamente, costantemente, sotto il ricatto delle sanzioni e delle provocazioni militari.

Nel 2010 si celebrano il 10° anniversario della pubblicazione della Dichiarazione Congiunta Nord-Sud e il 30° Anniversario della proposta della fondazione della Repubblica Federale Democratica di Koryo: auspichiamo che la volontà popolare sintetizzata in questi documenti possa finalmente prevalere sugli interessi degli imperialisti e dei loro complici.

A questo proposito invitiamo i cittadini, le associazioni politiche ed i partiti, i movimenti per la pace ecc. a sensibilizzare l’opinione pubblica su quanto sta nuovamente accadendo in Corea.

The members and fellows of the Italian Section of the Korean Friendship Association, Association of Friendship and Solidariety between Italy and the DPR of Korea, express their most severe condemn of  the umpteenth provocation and actions of the US occupation troops and South Korean collaborationists.

The vast joint military drills that are taking part these days are a new slap to the progress of detente and peace on the peninsular of Koryo, aggravated by the fact that at the beginning of the year the DPRK authorities more than once stretched out their hand both to South Korea and the United States in order to find a peaceful solution to the hostilities and to procede with the denuclearization of the peninsula.

The provoking and arrogant character of the drills demonstrates the substantial continuity between the foreign policy  of Bush’s and that of Obama’s. Clinton sent Albright to Pyongyang, the South Korean President visited the DPRK’s capital, the situation on the peninsular of Koryo seemed to turn towards appeasement and even national reunification on a confederal basis. Bush interrupted the process by inserting the socialist Korea into the axis of the “countries of evil” and since then the DPRK is again finding itself under the continuous blackmail of sanctions and military provocations.

In 2010 there is celebrated the 10th anniversary of the publication of the North-South Joint Declaration, as well as the 30th anniversary of the  foundation of the Federal Democratic Republic of Koryo: we hope that the popular wish synthetized in these documents will finally prevail over the interests of imperialists and their accomplices.

In regard to this we invite the citizens, the political associations and parties, peace movements etc. to alert the pubblic opinion to what si going on in Korea.

Plenipotentiary Representative of the Korean People’s Army at Panmunjom on Sunday said that large-scale US-South Korean joint military exercises, forced to suspend “the process of denuclearization of the Korean peninsula.
North Korea “will continue to strengthen its nuclear deterrent force, aimed at self-defense”, Xinhua news agency quoted a representative of the North Korean defense officials.
In the published Korean Central News Agency statement, Sun said the DPRK that the DPRK will no longer considers itself bound by the Armistice Agreement in Korea and the relevant inter-Korean agreement on mutual non-aggression. It will use its power of self-defense in accordance with its decisions, including the nuclear deterrent force.
In addition, during the US-South Korean joint military exercises, the DPRK would suspend all military dialogue with the United States and the Republic of Korea .

Our party fully agrees with the judgements of the General Staff of the KPA and the NDC of the DPRK on the culprits of an explosive situation, which has re-emerged on the Korean peninsula. Americans probably have forgotten the lessons of the Great Fatherland Liberation War 1950-1953 and try again to embark on a dangerous adventure – to “test” the strength of the socialist system, the monolithic unity of the DPRK people around their political party leadership, which, unlike the former leadership of the CPSU – USSR, which surrendered the country and the people to the enemy, the close-knit unity with the heroic people will do everything to defend the honour, freedom and independence of the DPRK.
An attempt by the U.S. to unleash a war against North Korea could trigger the beginning of a third world war and the inevitable downfall of civilization. The financial movers of the US are trying to save agonizing imperialism, via the outbreak of another world war, ignoring the fact that while no one can escape – there will be no winners!
We call upon world public opinion, the working people of all countries to act decisively against another criminal adventure by the ruling elite of the U.S. and those governments that are allied with the United States who are acting against their own people. This, alas, includes the Government of Russia.

Today the Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK and the Juche Idea Study Group of England issued the following joint statement in connection with the “Foal Eagle” and “Key Resolve “exercises to be staged in Korea from the 8th of March to 18th of March;

The ASSPUK and JISGE express their deep concern that such exercises will take place.Moroever we stridently and militantly denounce the US imperialists for holding such exercises.The exercises are being held at a time when tension on the Korean peninsula is rising due to the attitude of the Lee Myong Bak puppet clique as well the moves of the US imperialists.The south Korean puppet regime have made repeated provocations in the
West sea and tried to impose the bogus so called “northern limit line”.

As the situation is already tense due to the provocations of the south Korean puppet regime there is no guarntee  that “Key Resolve” and “Foal Eagle” would not turn into a real war very quickly .Indeed “Key Resolve” and “Foal Eagle” are simply the old “Team Spirit” exercises under a new name.They are war provocation exercises plain and simple.The aim of the US imperialists and the bloodstained Lee Myong Bak puppet clique is to overpower the DPRK by force and to stifle people centred socialism.These aggressive war exercises come at a when the US imperialists and world reactionary forces are trying hard to stifle the Juche socialist system of the DPRK by means of “sanctions” which are in themselves an act of aggression against the dignified DPRK.

The exercises also coincide with plans made public by the south Korean puppets to overpower ,take over the DPRK destroy the socialist system of the DPRK .This would mean an extension of US imperialist colonial rule to the north of Korea.Thus the  aggressive exercises assume a sinister complexion and are a challenge not only to peace on the Korean peninsula but East Asia and the world.

These exercises show the falsity of the so called “dialogue” and “peace” loudly advertised by the US imperialists and the two faced Obama regime.If the US truly desires the resumption of the 6 party talks they must revoke the sanctions and also cancel the “Foal Eagle” and “Key Resolve” exercises..

We demand that the US imperialists and south Korean puppet warrhawks cancel the “Key Resolve” and “Foal Eagle” exercises straight away and further that the US imperialists pull their aggression troops out of south Korea and that the Lee Myong Bak stop forthwith their anti reunification,anti DPRK  noise.

We  support the statement of the General Staff of the Korean Peoples Army made
on the 25th of February.We believe that the KPA and Korean people can deliver a towering blow to the aggressors if they are so foolish to ignite a war.

We call all Juche idea and Songun idea followers as well anyone who values independence and justice to rally around the DPRK,the land of Juche and bastion of world socialism as the next coming weeks will be a crucial time.

UK KFA Today issued a statement condemning the "Foal Eagle and "Key Resolve"
War exercises.
The UK Korean Friendship Association protests very strongly about
the decision of the US and south Korean authorities to stage the
"Foal Eagle" and "Key Resolve" exercises in south Korea from
March 8 to March 18th.
            The exercises involve 18,000 troops as well civilians and
are clearly aimed at invading the DPRK.
These exercises come at a time when the US imperialists and south Korean
puppets are increasing tension by staging provocations in the West Sea
and insisting on the bogus "northern limit line".Also they come on
top of statements from the south Korean puppet regime about overthrowing
the  DPRK government.
           The "Foal Eagle" and "Key Resolve" exercises prove the falsity
of the so called "dialogue" being continually touted by the US imperialists
and others.

These exercises are aimed at intimidating the DPRK to stop it fully
exercising it sovereign rights as well to stifle its socialist system by
force of aims.

UK KFA fully supports the statement of the Korean Peoples Army general
staff made on February 25th

We demand that the "Foal Eagle" and "Key Resolve" exercises are cancelled
forthwith and that the US troops are witdrawn from south Korea.Let all

We Juche idea and Songun idea followers find it quite intolerable that the south Korean reactionary puppet fascist rulers are constantly trying to destablise the socialist DPRK homeland of Juche by using pyschological warfare and mobilising bodies such as the NIS and “Defence Security Comannd ” as well the so called “Ministry of Unification ” to carry out its evil plans.
The DPRK’s people centred socialist system is the great gain of the Korean people and no one should try to overthrow it,lest of all the south Korean puppet bourgeoisie who have forced their own people to live in poverty.
