Korean Socialism Is The Best One Based On The Popular Masses.

 

In these days in the western world there has been a frantic propaganda
campaign slandering the DPRK. A number of people are giving ear to it and
have a prejudiced idea of the DPRK. However, everybody is surprised to see
the first time a reality quite different with what they were fed up with
all the time. All over the DPRK you will find such a kind hospitality of
the people, streets in clean and modern style, and people full of spirit.
You won't find any people wandering around for begging, imposters,
homeless, robbers paperboys or shoeshine boys. There is not any social
inequality and all the people lead live in welfare with no worries about
basic welfare goods such as housing, clothing, healthcare and education as
well as tax for anything. They are making all their efforts for better
future of their home and country in a stable job. A dream and ideal of
mankind has come true in the eastern country DPR of Korea, in which they
help each other and live harmoniously without exploitation and oppression.
Today the DPR of Korea is a real people's country where most advanced
social system is established. The people are the master of the country and
everything serves the people. The Korean style socialism built up on the
basis of the Juche Idea, a man-centred philosophical idea created by
President Kim Il Sung, is socialism based on the popular masses where the
people are set up as masters of the country and everything serves them. In
the DPRK people are substantially provided with rights as masters of the
state power. All the working people have suffrage and electoral
eligibility without distinction of sex, job, property and knowledge.
Deputies to the Supreme People's Assembly, the supreme legislative body
in the DPRK, are among common workers, farmers, scientists, technicians,
teachers or doctors, officials of the Worker's Party of Korea and the
government administrations including people from all walks of life, and
participate in the discussing the state affairs. The law guarantees the
freedom of speech, press, meeting, demonstration and association, and all
the working people are involved in the respective social and political
organizations to enjoy their political lives. The state holds totally
responsible for the material and cultural life of the people and ensures
it. Anyone above working age is provided by the state with jobs in
accordance with their ability and aptitude and they are rewarded according
to the quantity and quality of the work done. The government is
responsible for all kinds of materiel life of the entire people ? feeding,
clothing, housing, e.c.t. Although it is not yet wealthy all people are
equally well-off in this country and there is no distinction between the
rich and the poor. In terms of food, the people are supplied during their
whole lifetime from the state. What is more impressive is that everyone is
supplied the food at very cheap and same price whoever he is an official
or a worker. The state also builds houses for workers and farmers, where
they have not to pay rent at all. Thanks to the state's popular policy on
the education and public health, the universal 11 year compulsory
education system and the free medical care system are enforced and the
people do not even know such a phenomenon as entrance fee, tuition,
diagnosis fee, doctor's bill and hospital charge. Wherever you go, there
are many cultural facilities such as theatres, cinemas and stadiums. A lot
of parks, pleasure grounds and scenic beauties have been set up for the
people's sound and rich cultural and emotional life. Under the politics
of the Worker's Party of Korea and its General Secretary His Excellency
Kim Jong Il, all the people are firmly united around the leadership and
the whole society is turned into what is like a large harmonious family.
They work and live in this big family full of optimism, helping and
leading each other. In truth the Korean people remember President Kim Il
Sung as the father of modern and socialist Korea. The people are master of
everything and the state is absolutely supported by the people. This is
the source of the superiority and invincibility of the Korean style
socialism. There is no doubt that the intelligent and diligent Korean
people will bring the advantages and the vitality of their socialist
system into full play under the wise leadership of General Secretary
Comrade Kim Jong Il and the Worker's Party of Korea.
