The Korean People and the world progressive peoples will significantly meet the Centenary of the Birth of the President Kim Il Sung in April, 2012.
“The Korean Friendship Association (KFA) Preparatory Committee for commemorating the Centenary of the Birth of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung” is organizing the Internet Book and Photo Exhibition entitled as “President Kim Il Sung will always be in the heart of the mankind”, on the occasion of the Day of the Sun when H.E President was born, as one of the international events in order to celebrate the Centenary of the Birth of H.E President as the significant holiday of the mankind all of the world, between 13th and 31st of Mach, 2010.
The April 15, 1912 when H.E President was born, was the day when the dawn was breaking in the Korean national rebirth that was then oppressed by the most outrageous Japanese imperialists. And it was the meaningful and historical day which promised the bright future of the Korean people and progressive peoples of the world.
H.E President has born himself the destinies of the motherland and the nation on his shoulders and embarked on the way of struggle for the national liberation at his teen age and since then, for more than 70 years, he has accomplished the immortal exploits unprecedented in the world history.
H.E President was the outstanding thinker and theoretician who opened the history of the new era of independence on this land by creating the immortal Juche idea, the greatest one in the history of the ideology. He was also the ever-victorious iron-willed brilliant commander who demonstrated the revolutionary mettle and power of the heroic Korea to the entire world by defeating the two imperialisms, the US and Japanese, in one generation.
H.E President successfully carried out the historical task of industrialization in a brief period of fourteen years when everything was totally destroyed and turned to ashes by the war, and built a powerful socialist country independent, self-sufficient and self-reliant in defense.
H.E President, who embodied the lofty personal virtue, was the benevolent father who devoted his everything for the happiness of the people for his whole life regarding his motto as believing in the people as in heaven.
H.E President has been deeply concerned about the national division forced by the foreign forces and put the task of the national reunification as the supreme requirement and aspiration of the nation, and devoted his everything to hand the reunified country down to the coming generation until he passed away.
Indeed, all the exploits of H.E President and his noble qualities were the model of the true lives of the Korean people and world progressive peoples. Therefore, the feelings of the respect and admiration toward him are getting warmer and warmer and day by day.
The lofty cause of independence of H.E President Kim Il Sung is now successfully inherited by H.E.Kim Jong Il and socialist Korea is becoming the land of Songun and the beacon of hope of the progressive peoples.
Especially, H.E. Kim Jong Il brought the dramatically changes unprecedented in the history of Korea by the energetic leadership last year which surprised the world. And he aroused the uplifted mental strength and immortal power of the Korean people to the struggle of bringing about a radical turn in the people’s standard of living. These were the encouraging banner which gave confidence of victory of independent cause and Songun cause to the hearts of the Korean people and world peoples as well.
We are fully confident that this exhibition will contribute to the deep understanding of the immortal exploits to the world peoples made by H.E president Kim Il Sung for the Korean revolution and independent cause of the world, and this exhibition will be the significant occasion which is calling for biggest attention of the world progressive people to the fully understanding and sending their firm support to the just cause of the Korean people who are turning out for the national reunification and for the completion of the socialist cause with the extraordinary energies and will of iron.
H.E President Kim Il Sung will always be in the heart of the mankind.
